Battle of Little Big Horn
Tuesday, May 8, at 6:30 pm, Jim McClard, former elementary principal and history buff, will speak on the 1876 Battle of the Little Bighorn where Sioux and Cheyenne tribes joined forces to stop the recurrent white-man intrusions of their sacred lands in the Black Hills. Interesting and informative, McClard’s presentation will re-count and explain the happenings of the battle that ended George Armstrong Custer’s reign.
