Free Class: Wits Workout and Drink Water, Live Better
Teachers from Illinois Extension are returning to Moyer. Join us Wednesday, May 28th from 1-3PM. We have a Double Feature planned.
First up at 1 p.m., in “Wits Workout: Savor the Seasons,” challenge your brain with fun, interactive activities inspired by the four seasons. You’ll exploring how your diet supports brain health. This class will be taught by Family Life Educator Emily Harmon.
After a short break, join us for “Drink Water, Live Better.” Learn why hydration is key to energy, focus, and overall well-being. Plus, you’ll get easy, practicaltips to drink more water every day. Nutrition and Wellness Educator Rachel Mannen will lead this session.
