Sit Less, Move More, Feel Better Do you spend much of your day sitting? Research shows that sitting daily for long periods of time negatively impacts health even if you exercise a few hours a week. Join Rachel Hills, CYT and Restorative Exercise Specialist to understand those negative impacts and learn how to prevent them with basic biomechanics and do-anywhere movements drawn from Hatha yoga and Restorative Exercise.
