Bake a cake and decorate it to represent a scene or character from a favorite children's or adult book. Drop off cakes at the library from 3-5 Friday 1/16 or Saturday at 10:00 sharp. Cakes will be judged from 10-12 by library patrons. The winners will be announced at 1:00 p.m. and the cakes will be shared with everyone. All ages are welcome to enter. Gibson Bucks will be awarded to winners

Moyer’s “Frozen” party, based on the hit Disney children’s movie, is a sure way for kids preschool through fifth grade to get rid of their cabin fever. Held Saturday, January 17, the program features games, snacks, and activities from 10:30 to 11:30 am. Kids do need to register, so please call or come in to the library to reserve their spot. Free (costumes allowed!).
