Healthy Feet 101-Love Your Feet

Our feet work hard for us and yet we give them little thought and attention, especially in winter when they're tucked away in socks and boots. Reconnect with your feet in this program with Rachel Hills, CYT and Certified Healthy Foot Practitioner. You'll learn stretching, alignment, and self-massage techniques you can do at home to keep your feet mobile and healthy. We'll also discuss foot structure and nerve function, the impacts of foot health on whole body health, and the amazing abilities of the human foot. This is a Parkland College that will be free at Moyer District Library. Please dress in comfortable layers, bring a mat and a large towel, and wear or bring a pair of socks. Time TBA. Right now is scheduled from 1-2:30.
